The What? Centre does not currently have an online counselling service, but we do have a platform for this and are trying to source funding for this to go live.  We have worked closely with Health England and Youth Access and Off the Record along with several other voluntary youth counselling services across the country some of whom are now live, to develop our own platform.  So please watch this space for the development of this service.  When launched the service will provide synchronous and asynchronous capacity where you can message us anytime of the day or night and we will get back to you within an agreed number of hours, it will also have links to help lines in emergency situations.  We are also hoping to provide a facility for live online attendance for group work on anger management, coping with anxiety, bullying, and other issues pertinent to young people.

This service will also help to reduce our waiting list and waiting time for counselling and will complement our other counselling and advice services.
