Volunteering
If you would you like to help us with our work with young people.
Would you like to work in a supportive but challenging environment,
and have a day a week to spare time, then maybe you would like to
Volunteer at The What? Centre.
Initially you would be mainly involved in administration work and
meeting and greeting, but with time shadowing other workers and
training, you would be able to get involved with more complex advice
work.
If you are interested and would like to know
more please Contact
Us. Or you may wish to go through Dudley Council for Voluntary
Services.

Donations
The What? Centre relies greatly upon external funding and has a
shortfall of £35,000 every year.
Services are FREE to clients, however if anyone
wishes to make a personal donation they can do so by sending a cheque
or postal order, made payable to The What Centre,
to 23 Coventry Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands
DY8 1EP.
Or
click on the Donate Button located at the top of every page.
For each £35 you donate we will be able
to provide a counselling session to a young person who desperately
needs our help because they have experienced abuse, an eating disorder,
bullying, a problem with family relationships or a bereavement.
For each £20 you donate we will be able to offer an advice
session to a young person around homelessness, employment issues,
debt or sexual health.
If you are a company or trust and wish
for more information, please Contact
Us and we will send you a
copy of our annual report.
Sponsorship
Our leaflets and posters have been sponsored by MEB NPower and Marks
and Spencers in the past. If your company would like to sponsor
the leaflets that are taken into schools, colleges, youth organisations
and health clinics to publicise the work of the What? Centre, then
please Contact Us.

us.
